Udenafil
Udenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (pde5) inhibitor primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ed) by improving blood flow to the penis, showing high effectiveness in facilitating erections. It can also be prescribed for pulmonary arterial hypertension (pah) to enhance exercise capacity and reduce symptoms, though its efficacy for pah is moderate compared to specialized treatments. Some studies suggest potential benefits for benign prostatic hyperplasia (bph) by relaxing smooth muscles, though more research is needed. Udenafil is less commonly used for raynaud's phenomenon, providing limited relief for vascular-related symptoms. Compared to other pde5 inhibitors, it offers a longer duration of action, making it suitable for sustained effects in ed treatment. Online pharmacies provide convenient access, but efficacy varies based on individual health conditions and proper usage.
